ARE YOU INTO THIS [CROSSFIT] NOW?!
-NO. I actually have a lot of qualms with Crossfit, but a friend of mine asked me to do it today at Crossfit South Brooklyn. It’s a nice way to break up the monotony of strength training every once in awhile, but I don’t think it’s a sustainable (read: injury free) form of exercise. (via matthallock)
